What is the minimum quantity to order?

For most of our products, there are no minimum orders. Whether you are ordering for your team or the whole stadium, we have you covered!

What happens if I need to order additional tags during the season?

Because we don’t have any minimum orders on our tags, there is no extra cost to print additional tags during the season.

Is there an additional cost for shipping?

We charge you the cost to ship the product, with no additional handling or convenience fees. We charge you what UPS charges us to ship.

Are there any discounts?

We offer a 10% discount for teams ordering bag tags in addition to any of our other sized tags.

What is the process?

After you provide us with the necessary details, we create and email a sample tag to you for your approval. Once the design is accepted, you will provide us with your shipping information. Products are generally shipped within 3 - 5 days following approval.

What information is needed to begin an order?

We will need to know the following to begin designing your product:

School name
Colors
Mascot
Sport
Style of tag
Type of backing
Contact name and number

What are my payment options?

We accept checks, credit cards, and purchase orders.

How long will it take to get the final product?

For tags, turnaround time is typically 3-5 business days. For all other products, the turnaround is generally 7-10 business days.

What are my backing options for the tags?

We have three options for adhering tags to doors and lockers, which include:

Adhesive - Double-sided foam tape
Magnetic - 2” strip of magnetic material
Velcro - 4-6 velcro dots

What can I put on the tags?

We can personalize tags any way you’d like. We can do full name, number, nickname, or any combination that you’d prefer.

Are there any hidden costs?

We have absolutely no fees for setup or art charges. The only charges are the price-per-item and shipping.

Can you custom-cut tags to fit in our preexisting brackets?

In most circumstances, we can cut tags in-house that will fit inside your brackets. Please specify the exact size when ordering so we know the necessary measurements for cutting the tags.
