Make an Order

To begin your order and receive a quote, please fill out the order form below and attach your logo or mascot art if you intend to use one. If you have no artwork, but would like to add some to your product, please browse our wide selection of mascots and simply enter mascot art number of your choice in Mascot Art File Name box at the bottom of the order form.

Once we have designed your product, we will email you a sample for approval along with a quote before we begin processing your order. Thank you for considering Lockertags and we look forward to working with you.
